Our OPE cleaning system will do a beautiful job of cleaning the carpets in your home or condo and will do a great job at removing most problem spots and odors.

Your carpets will be clean, fresh and dry in hours, not days! We strive in every instance to give you high quality friendly and dependable service. As part of our service, we also place foam blocks under pieces of furniture that remains on damp carpeting.

We Charge Only What We Clean!

• One of the ways we try to give you a great value is by only charging for the carpet that we actually clean.
• So if we clean around beds, dressers and large heavy furniture that does not need to be moved, we do not calculate that square footage in the total. 
• We also do not charge extra for treating spots.

Main Cleaning Package

• 0.40 cents per. sq. ft. (same price if you choose green/environmental cleaning)
• Vacuum all areas to be cleaned
• Pre-treat difficult spots & stains
• Clean carpet with OPE and spot as necessary
• Post vacuum or groom all areas
• Free bottle of  spotting solution
• Stairs - $3.50 each, Landings - $7.00
• In rooms you would like furniture moved and cleaned under, add $10 per room
• A minimum fee of  $150
